Blister packaging - common terms
Author:admin Time:2019-01-03Blister: A plastic processing technology. The main principle is to heat and soften the flat plastic sheet. It is vacuum-adsorbed on the surface of the mold and cooled to form. It is widely used in plastic packaging, lighting, advertising, decoration and other industries.
Blister packaging: a general term for the production of plastic products by the blister process and packaging of the products with the corresponding equipment. Blister packaging products mainly include: blister, tray, plastic box, synonym: vacuum cover, blister and so on. Blister packaging equipment mainly includes: plastic molding machine, punching machine, sealing machine, high frequency machine, folding machine. The packaged products formed by the package can be divided into: card, suction card, double bubble shell, half bulb shell, double folded bulb shell, three fold bulb shell and the like.
Bubble shell: The transparent plastic hard sheet is made into a transparent plastic with a specific convex shape by a blister process, and covers the surface of the product to protect and beautify the product. Also known as blister, vacuum cover
Tray: Also called plastic inner support, plastic plastic sheet is made into plastic with specific groove by blister process, and the product is placed in the groove to protect and beautify the product. Flocking inner support: It is a blister tray with special materials. The surface of the ordinary plastic hard sheet is glued with a layer of velvet material, so that the surface of the tray has a velvety feel, which is used to improve the grade of the package.
Antistatic tray: It is a plastic tray with special material. The surface resistance of this material is less than 10 11 ohms. Mainly used for plastic trays for electronic and IT products.
Blister mold: mold for blister production, the lowest cost is plaster mold, followed by electroplated copper mold, the most expensive is aluminum mold. The mold is drilled with small holes for vacuum adsorption of the heated hard sheets to form a blister product.
Blister molding: It is the blister that we often talk about. The plastic soft sheet that is heated and softened is adsorbed on the surface of the mold by a plastic forming machine. After cooling, the plastic is formed into a concave-convex shape.
Blister cutting: plastic products after plastic forming, through the punching machine, the large sheets are cut into individual products by knife die.
Folding: There is a kind of blister packaging in the blister packaging. The three sides of the blister are folded to the back with a folding machine, so that in the next packaging process, the paper card is inserted into the hem to form a card package. .
Heat sealing: It is a blister packaging process in which a paper card coated with a plastic oil is heat-sealed together with a blister to form a blister card package. High-frequency sealing: It is a blister packaging process. A high-frequency machine is used to generate high-frequency, and the blister and the blister are bonded together to form a double blister package.
Ultrasonic sealing: It is a blister packaging process. Ultrasonic machine is used to generate ultrasonic waves. The blister and the blister are bonded together to form a double blister package. Unlike the high frequency sealing, the ultrasonic wave can not only seal PVC or PETG. The material can also be sealed with PET material, and there is no electromagnetic damage to the packaged product, which is especially suitable for the packaging of electronic products; the disadvantage is that the ultrasonic sealing can only be separated by dots, and generally only one straight edge is sealed at a time.
